Booking a visit

Some companies let you request or book a visit yourself.

Two different booking doors

Public booking page. A page on the company’s website (or a link they send) that does not require a portal login. You pick a service and send a request. That public form does not show live free slots. The office confirms it.

Portal Book page. If you are already invited to the customer portal and the company has enabled booking there, Book in the portal menu shows times that are actually free. You choose a service, a day, and a slot.

If you do not see booking at all, the company takes appointments another way — call or email them.

If booking is closed

You may see that online booking is not available, or that no services are offered online. Contact the company to arrange the visit.

After you book

An instant booking is confirmed on the spot. A request-style service may ask you to nominate more than one preferred time and then wait for the office to confirm.

You should get an email. Upcoming visits appear under Appointments in the portal when you have an account.

Rescheduling or cancelling from the portal is only offered when the company allows it. Otherwise contact them.
