What Field 2 Service is

Field 2 Service is software for trades and field-service companies. The office uses it to schedule work, send the right person, and get paid. You, as a customer, never sign in to that office system.

What you might see as a customer

Depending on how the company you hired has set things up, you may:

  • Receive a quote by email, with a link to read it, accept it, decline it, or ask for a change.
  • Receive an invoice by email, with a link to view it and pay online.
  • Be asked for a deposit before work starts, paid through a secure payment page.
  • Be invited to a customer portal, where you can see your own quotes, invoices, and appointments after signing in.
  • Book a visit on the company’s public booking page, if they offer that.
  • Be asked for a review after a job.

None of those pages show anyone else’s jobs or invoices. A quote, invoice, payment, booking, or review link only opens that one item.

What this help library is

These public articles explain the customer-facing parts of Field 2 Service: quotes, invoices, deposits, the portal, online booking, and reviews.

They are not a support ticket desk for the office product, and they do not describe office tools, staff permissions, or administration.

If you need help with a specific job or bill, contact the company that sent you the link.
