Using the customer portal

The customer portal is a signed-in space with the company that invited you. You only ever see your own quotes, invoices, appointments, and messages.

Signing in

The company sends an invite email. You set a password from that link, then sign in on the portal sign-in page.

Forgot the password? Use Forgot password? on that sign-in page. You cannot change the password from inside the portal.

A suspended portal login cannot sign in. Contact the company if that happens.

What is in the menu

These links are always there once you are in: Dashboard, Appointments, Profile, Help, and Sign out.

Other links appear only when the company has switched them on for you: Quotes, Invoices, Book, and Message us. If you do not see one of those, the company has not enabled it.

The dashboard is a snapshot: balance, overdue invoices, next appointment, and recent quotes and invoices.

What the portal is not

  • There is no documents library. The files you can download are your own quote and invoice PDFs.
  • The Book page inside the portal is for signed-in customers and shows real available times. A booking form on the company’s public website is separate and does not show live availability.
  • An optional Ask the assistant button, when shown, answers questions about your appointments, invoices, and quotes. It is read-only: it cannot book, cancel, pay, or change anything.
