From the first measure to the final handover
Made-to-measure blinds, curtains, roman blinds, plantation shutters and awnings — Field 2 Service turns a measure into a quote, takes a deposit on the job, schedules the fit when the order lands, and captures a signed handover on the day.
✓ No card required · ✓ Invoiced by bank transfer

Sound like your week?
This is a made-to-measure trade — the deposit funds the order, the measure has to be right, and the fit day has to land.
A quote off a scrap of paper
Window sizes, fabrics, control side, fit type — a blinds quote has a lot of moving parts, and one wrong figure written on the back of a card costs you a remake.
Ordering before the deposit's in
Made-to-measure means money out to the supplier before a fit. Start the order without a deposit and a cancelled job is your loss, not theirs.
Fit day slips, order sat in the van
The blinds come in and now you're juggling when to fit them around everything else. Miss the window the customer expected and the goodwill goes with it.
Turn the measure into a quote, then take a job deposit
Capture the sizes, fabric, fit type and notes at the survey, build the quote straight from your price book (Essentials and up), and send it for the customer to accept online. Take a deposit on the job to fund the made-to-measure order. VAT is handled inclusive or exclusive, per line.
- Price book for blinds, tracks, shutters and labour
- Measurements and options captured on the quote
- Deposit taken up front on the job

The client accepts and pays a job deposit online
The customer gets a private portal to view the quote, accept it and pay a job deposit — no chasing a signature. Quote expiry tracking flags one that's gone quiet, so a warm lead doesn't cool off while you wait.
- Private portal to view and accept the quote
- Job deposit paid online by card, Stripe or PayPal (connect your own Stripe or PayPal)
- Quote expiry tracking chases a quote gone cold
Book the fit the moment the order lands
When the made-to-measure order comes in, schedule the fit on the calendar — a single window or several days across a whole house — with conflict checks so two fits don't clash. An 'on my way' text (Essentials and up, via your own Twilio account) goes out before you arrive so the customer's ready for you.
- Fits scheduled the day the order arrives
- Multi-day scheduling for whole-house jobs
- Conflict checks and 'on my way' texts

A signed handover before you leave the house
Work a handover checklist on site (Essentials and up) — brackets level, operation smooth, child-safety cords and breakaway fittings, packaging cleared — then capture a signed completion sheet in the field view on any phone browser. The customer gets a branded PDF and a copy's kept on file.
- Handover checklist including child-safety cords
- Signed completion sheet captured on site
- Branded PDF handover kept on the customer record

Invoice the balance with a card link (Essentials and up; connect your own Stripe or PayPal)
With the deposit already applied, invoice the balance and send a card link so it's paid on handover, not chased. Account credit keeps any over-payment tidy, automatic overdue reminders chase the stragglers, and the aged-debtors view shows what's still out.
- Balance invoice with the deposit applied
- Card-payment links via Stripe or PayPal
- Automatic overdue reminders and aged-debtors view
