Pricing questions, answered
How does the 14-day trial work?
Register and your workspace is created straight away. You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days — no credit card required, nothing charged. If you don't continue, your trial simply ends; we don't auto-bill you.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial requires no payment details at all. You only add a payment method if you decide to subscribe.
How do user seats work?
Every plan includes 1 user. Each additional active user is $15/user/month, on any plan. Deactivate a user and you stop paying for that seat.
What are AI credits?
AI features (the assistant, briefings and AI actions) use credits as they work. Professional includes 2,500 credits a month and Ultimate 7,500. If you run out, top-ups are $12 per 1,000 credits on Professional and $10 on Ultimate — or the AI simply pauses until next month. Nothing is topped up automatically.
How is VAT handled?
Inside the product, your own pricing can be VAT-inclusive or exclusive with per-line rates — and if you're not VAT-registered you just see one clean price field. On your subscription: prices shown are in USD; any applicable taxes on your subscription are handled at checkout based on your country.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for — no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your features adjust to the new plan immediately and billing follows from the next period.
Who owns my data?
You do — always. Your customers, jobs and invoices are your business records. Export them any time, and if you leave we'll help you take your data with you.
